Under the aegis of the CEFTAC Platform (Central European Advocacy for a Fair and Transparent Competition) and in partnership with the Romanian Competition Council, EUROLINK - House of Europe Foundation organizes, on the 12th of November 2009, the fifth edition of the European Competition and Competitiveness Day in Romania.

The main topic of this year Public Debate is: “The New Role of Competition in Romania as a Way to Combat the Economic and Financial Crisis. How to Reach a Sustainable Welfare through a Better EU Law Enforcement”. Along with the invited public personalities and diplomats, the topic will be debated by experts of the Competition Council, consultants in competition law from law firms, by other experts from the private sector, as well as by the main actors of the business environment - entrepreneurs, managers, and other practitioners.
